In realtà no.
Diciamo che di norma l'orologio si porta sul polso della mano "debole" perché intralcia meno. Quindi i destrorsi lo portano a sinistra, i mancini a destra.
Ovviamente poi ognuno fa come preferisce, ci mancherebbe.
