beh anche tutte le varie mousse di verdure, mousse di broccoli, mousse di spinaci, mousse di funghi (anche crema di funghi) ecc ecc:-)

ne ho un'ottantina da fare per domani...cotto e philadelphia, gorgonzola e philadelphia e tonno philadelphia, tutto tritato e poi mescolato al formaggio con la frusta.

p0eccato che da mia suocera a nessuno piacciano le verdure, anche a me ispiravano molto con le mousse di verdure.....
