Scusate, ma con il decreto bersani non le avevano abolite le spese di chiusara dei mutui??

oh, sì, eppure non mi ricordo perchè a me chiesero comunque qualcosa, non ricordo con che motivo.

Si, ma praticamente nessuna banca ha mai applicato tale decreto.
Sono state multate da antitrust
E pochi giorni fa hanno vinto il ricorso contro le multe.
Ovvero non pagheranno un centesimo per non avear applicato la legge.
