No acqua calda, preparo adesso il the nero ( bustine) e lascio raffreddare. Ho anche il the nero cinese in foglie, ma non vorrei rischiare.
Ho capello liscio e normale come spessore.
Ancora henné.

Io l'ho sempre preparato al momento, e tenuto in testa non più di 2 ore.
E il colore veniva bene lo stesso.
