Stamattina ancora insonnia ma, in generale, ho alzato di almeno 2-3 ore per notte il numero di ore di sommo (circa 7-8 ore), sono contenta!

Figlia dorme dalle 19 di ieri io ho dormito malissimo 5 ore max
