Vorrei iniziare, come devo fare la pasta madre?
Una volta avviata devo rinfrescarla tutti i giorni?
Quando fate il pane con la pasta madre, impastate, lasciate riposare, suddividete l'impasto e lasciate riposare ancora?
Avete qualche link da darmi, ho cercato ma sembravano tutti poco chiari.

Brava Bru, volevo aprire anch'io un post del genere perché ho intenzione di iniziare a panificare appena riavrò un forno, quindi se non ti dispiace mi metto qui anch'io e aspetto che le esperte ci illuminino! Avevo visto anche diversi vecchi post sull'argomento, ma magari c'è qualche nuovo trucchetto, quindi vediamo un po'!
